Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3026 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 3026 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The 3026 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 years of age or older. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their location.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 3026 platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active phone number, and valid payment details. 3026 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else.
- Notifying 3026 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all activity carried out through your account is done with your knowledge and consent.
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and bank details.
3026 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 3026 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion fees apply, as the platform is built exclusively for the Malaysian market.
Deposit: Users may make deposits via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local bank transfers. Each deposit is subject to a minimum amount that will be displayed during the deposit process. The balance will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the system.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 3026 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times range from a few hours to one business day, depending on the method selected.
Bonus terms: Any bonus or promotion received by a user is subject to its own wagering requirements. Users must meet the minimum wagering requirements before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Full terms for each promotion are displayed in the Promotions section of the platform.
3026 reserves the right to delay or place a hold on any withdrawal for security review or identity verification purposes. Users will be notified if such action is taken.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users of the 3026 platform are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Among the things that are strictly prohibited are:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Owning or operating more than one account.
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Sharing or transferring balances between different user accounts.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the platform's systems.
- Registering an account under another person's name or using false personal information.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

3026 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or inaccurate information provided by the user. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
3026 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a violation, the remaining balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed unfairly may submit an appeal via our customer support email.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3026 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

The 3026 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that we endorse or are responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
